The truck loaded with onion sacks fell off the Valvan bridge near Lonavla on Pune-Mumbai highway around 6am on Thursday and landed 30 feet down on the old Mumbai-Pune highway.

No sooner the news about the scattered onions spread in the locality, the local residents including other vehicle drivers came running with cloth bags and utensils to loot the onions, leaving the injured driver to himself.

Lonavla Police had to disperse the crowd and took the injured driver to a private hospital at Somatane Phata where his treatment is underway.

Police said, “The truck driver lost control over the wheels and banged onto the divider after which the truck took the plunge and fell down on the old highway.”

NASEEHAT: Kamiyaab Shadi-shuda Zindagi kaise?

by Sajid Holy

Aksar qisson me aisa hota hai ki shadi ka maqsad hi couple samaj nahi paati, ya maturity nahi hoti, chhoti chhoti baato me bardasht karne ki samaj aur aql nahi hoti..

Aur jo tum mein be-nikaah hon unka nikaah kar diya karo, aur jo tumhaare ghulaam aur laundiyan nek hon unka bhi, agar woh muflis honge to Allah apne fazl se khush-haal kar dega, aur woh bahut wus’at walaa aur khoob janne wala hai.”
(Qur’an Surah an-Noor 24:32)

Insan ke liye Allah ne uska rizk muqaddar kar diya hai. Jis tarha uski maut uski taaq me rahti hai, usi tarha uska rizk uske pichhe pichhe laga rahta hai. Nikaah karna barkat aur rizk laata hai jaise ki surah an Noor me bataya gaya hai. Agar shaadi ke baad halaat tang ho to shauhar biwi ko sabr ka daman thaame rakhna chahiye, halal tareeke se rizk talash karne ki koshish karna chahiye aur Allah se mayoos nahi hona chahiye kyon ki mayoosi kufr hai.

Har mushkil ke baad aasani hoti hai. Insan ko aur khusoosan ek musalman ko chahiye ki woh halal rizk ki talash me hattal imkaan jaddo jahad kare, susti aur kahili aur duniya parasti chhode aur Allah par kaamil bharosa rakhe, kyonki agar woh aisa karega to jaise ki hadees ka mafhoom hai

“Umar bin Khattab (Radi Allahu Anhu) Se Riwayat Hai Ki Rasool’Allah (Sallallahu Alaihay Wasallam) Ne farmaya

“Agar Tum Allah Par Is Tarah Bharosa Karo Jis Tarah Bharosa Karne Ka Haq Hai To Woh (Allah) Tumhe Is Tarah Rizq Dega, Jis Tarah Parindo Ko Rizq Deta Hai , Subah Ko Wo Bhukhe Nikalte Hain Aur Sham Ko Wo Pet Bhar Kar Wapas Aate Hain.”

(Jami’at Tirmidhi, Vol 2, Hadith no. 225)

Zaroorat hai ki woh tawakkal al-Allah ko thaame rakhe.

Auraton ko bhi chahiye ki woh apne shahuhar ki hausla afzaayi kare, beja israaf na kare, aur qana’at (contentment) se kaam le, bina zaroorat ki chizo ka mutalba na kare, fashionparasti se gurez kare, kharch karne me hudood paar na kare. Agar woh aisa karti hai to woh Allah ki ek mukarrab bandi ban jaati hai. Aur agar woh aisa na karegi, to phir darr hai ki ghar ke laazim akhrajaat ke alawa doosri zarooraton ko poora karne ke liye shauhar kisi ke saamne hath phailaye, karz le ya haram rizk ka intekhab kare jo bada gunah hai aur is gunhah me biwi bhi jane anjaane shamil ho jayegi.

Hadees me jaha aata hai ki jo aadmi nikah ki istetaa’at na rakhta ho woh roze rakhe (taaqi apni nafsani khwahishat par qaboo paa sake) aur isi tarha Surah An-Noor me jaha aaya hai (mafhoom) ki agar “woh ghareeb ho to Allah unhe apne fazl ke daulatmand bana dega”, iski tashreeh me Imam Bukhari rahimahumullah ne ek khaas baab (chapter) bandha hai, ““Chapter on marriage of one who is in financial difficulty” (Maali iste’ta’at na rakhne walon ki shaadiyan) jiske zariye ulema ne samjhaya hai ki maujooda ghurbat ki halat insan ke liye shaadi na karne ki wajah nahi hoti.

Nabi sallallahu alahi wa sallam ke daur me mash’hoor hai ki aise sahaba jinke paas tan dhankne ke liye poore kapda na the unki bhi Nikah karwayi gayi aur ghulam mard aur aurato ki bhi shadiyan karwayi gayi. isse yeh sabit hua ki jo insan shaadi ke aur uske baad ki zindagi ke akhrajaat uthane ki isteta’at rakhta ho use Nikah karne par jaha islam ne ubhara hai, wahin jo maali taur par isteta’at nahi rakhta use shaadi karne se roka bhi nahi gaya hai, kyonki agar woh aisa karega, to phir darr hai ki kahi zina ki taraf na chala jaye aur doosri taraf Allah rizk ka maalik hai, aur Allah apne bando ke sath waisa hi mamla karta hai jaise ki banda Allah se tawakko rakhta hai.

Muashre me aise log hone chahiye jo ghareeb tabke ke musalmano ko ghar basane me aur use baad chhota mota karobar setup karne me madad karen. Insano ki aksariyat apne apne mamlaat me mast aur magan khudgarz nazar aati hai, aisa nahi hona chahiye kyon ki yeh bhi ek musalman ki social aur moral responsibility hai.

Iska ek aur pahlu yeh hai ki shaadi se pahle ek musalman mard apne aap ko education, talent aur mehnat ke zariye sanwarne ki koshish kare aur jaddo jahad kare kyonki shaadi sirf zindagi ke maze uthane aur lutf lene aur sath sath rahne ka naam nahi balki uske sath sath ek aham zimmedari uske kaandho par aati hai.

Aur in sab chizo ke baad ek ahamtareen pahlu yeh bhi hai ki maa baap ko chahiye ki jab bachche baaligh ho jayen to woh unki is tarha tarbiyat karen aur shauhar o biwi ke aapasi ehkaamaat se unke ilm me izafa karen taaki aane wali zindagi woh samajhdari se guzar saken. Aksar qisson me aisa hota hai ki shadi ka maqsad hi couple samaj nahi paati, ya maturity nahi hoti, chhoti chhoti baato me bardasht karne ki samaj aur aql nahi hoti, jiski wajah se ya to ghar toot jate hain, talaq aur khula ki naubat aa jati hai, ya to biwi apne mayke jaa kar baith jati hai phir shauhar ki zindagi zahar ban jati hai, bachcho ka mustaqbil andhere me chala jaata hai aur walidain jinho ne badi khushi se apne bachcho ka ghar sanwarne ke liye unki shadiyan karwayi thi woh muashre me bewajah badnaam ho jate hai.

Isliye shaadi byah ke preparations me dar’asl khubsurat kapde, marriage hall ki bookings, lazeez khane aur decorative furniture nahi balki tarbiyat ka pahlu zyada aham hai, taki aane wali zindagi me ghar ki buniyad mazboot ho. Aur yeh tab mumkin hai jab maa baap khud bhi aapas me sabr o qana’at ke sath ba’akhlaq aur ba’qirdaar zindagi basar karen, kyonki bachche unko dekh kar sikhenge aur zindagi ka ek nazariya – ek perspective unke samne wazeh hoga ki zindgi is tarha guzari jaye.

Allah se dua hai ki jinki shadiyan nahi hui ya nahi ho pa rahi, aur jo shadi shuda log tangdasti me mubtala hai, Allah un sab ke masail ko hal farmaye aur mualmaano ke rizk me khair o barkat ata farmaye. Aamin.

16 Indian ex-Army men get life imprisonment for mass murdering Muslims in Hashimpura in 1987

New Delhi – In an unprecedented verdict by Delhi High Court on Wednesday, the 16 army personnel accused of mass murdering 42 Muslims in Hashimpura in UP in 1987, have been sentenced to life imprisonment.

The bench comprising of Justice S Muralidhar and Vinod Goel, said, the incident was a “targeted killing” of unarmed and defenceless people by the sixteen Provincial Armed Constabulary personnel.

The first witness testimony was recorded in 2006 – almost 19-years after the mass murder . However, three of the CID investigating officers died and couldn’t testify. Later, in March 2015, a trial court acquitted them after finding that “it has not been proved beyond reasonable doubts” that the accused were PAC officials.

Initially, there were 19 accused, and 17 of them were charged of murder, conspiracy and tampering the evidence, however one died during the court of trial, while sixteen are retired now.

The PAC officials are found guilty of murder and kidnapping, criminal conspiracy and destruction of evidence under appropriate Indian Penal Code – IPC’s sections.

The court has ordered the former PAC officials to surrender before November 22nd and said that families of the victims had to wait 31 long years for justice and no monetary help can compensate the losses they have born.

Asli Kaamiyab Insan Kaun?

By Sajid Holy

“Bila-shuba jo Imaan laaye nek kaam karte rahe, unke liye baaghaat hain jin ke neeche nehren beh rahi hain, yeh badi kaamiyaabi hai.” (Qur’an – Surah Al-Buruj 85:11)

Ilm insan ki niyyat banta hai, aur niyyat amal ki shakl ikhtiyar karta hai. Amal se pahle insan kasb aur azm ki wadiyon me jata hai phir waha se amal produce karta hai. Phir us amal ke nataaij insan ke samne aate hain. Nataij ka woh muhasiba karta hai. Jaha se insan ka ilm process hota hai woh uska dil hai aur islam ne insano ki falah ke liye qalb-e-saleem ka mutalba kiya hai.

Woh dil jo keena kapat se paak ho, jo shirk o bidaat se paak ho, jo gheebat o chughli se, fahashi aur gandagi se, doosro ko gira kar khud upar uthne ke dhinaune jazbe se paak ho, hasad se, bughz se, besharmi se paak ho. Taqabbur se, ghamand se, ehsas e bartari se paak ho. Ilm hasil kar lena kaafi nahi. Apni nisbat salafiyat ke sath kar lena kaafi nahi. Taqwa aur tawheed, manhaj aur ibadat ko muakammal kar lene ka ehsaas to muslamano me aa gaya, ulema ki sohbat bhi ikhtiyar kar li, social welfare ki kuchh activities me bhi jud gaye, sadka khairat kar liye, debates kar liye aur phir is khwab e khargosh me kho gaye ki hamara shumar firka e najiyah me ho gaya.

Nifaaq wala khushoo kya hai? Bazahir to hum society me, dosto me, logo ke samne bahut hi balanced, sanjeeda aur ba’akhlaaq nazar aate hain, lekin hame chahiye ki hum apne nafs ke andarooni muamlaat ko bhi waise hi durust karen jaise ki hum zaahiri taur par nazar aate hain. Jab yeh kaifiyat hogi tab ja kar hamara taqwa aur tawakkal mazboot hoga. Jab hum gaflat se bedar honge, kahili, susti aur fizool chizo ko tarq karenge tab ja kar hamara ilm hamen fayeda pahucha sakega, in’sha’Allah.

Jis din hum in andheron se bahar nikal kar sarsari nafa dene wali chizo ke bajaye “Al Fauzul Kabeer” (the great success in hereafter) par focus karenge, talluk-bil-Allah qayam karenge, us din hamare urooj ki shuruaat hogi aur in’sha’Allah ul azeem hum us maqaam par pachuch jayenge jaha pahuchne me qaumo ko hazaro saal lag gaye.

Allah hum sab ko nek amal ki aur muhasiba e nafs ki tawfeek ata farmaye, aur duniya wa aakhirat me kamiyabi ata farmaye. Aamin.

Iranian Regime cracks down Ahwazi Arab minority including women with tortures and abductions

Ahwaz – Iraninan Mullah Regime has unbridled a deadly crackdown on the minority Arab Ahwazi Muslims including their women in the western Khuzestan province since the September 22 – military parade attack – in the city of Ahwaz.

According to the Herald Report, over 1000 Ahwazis have been detained and around 600 are yet to be detained. The unwarranted arrests have been heavy around the Ahwazi towns of Muhammarah, Abadan, and Khafajieh.

The crackdown mainly targets journalists, intellectuals, human rights activists, and scholars of the Ahwazi Arab minority in general, including women.

Mullah regime locks up detainees at unknown locations without informing their families and denying any contact to them.

According to Ahwazi human rights group, a detainee, 70-year-old Sadiq Al-Nazari is suffering from a number of chronic medical conditions, while his family extremely concerned about his health.

Karim Dahimi, a human rights activist based in London, said, “Iranian government has been systematically detaining Ahwazi activists taking them to secluded torture facilities known as ‘black sites’.”

“The latest campaign of arrests and detentions in the black site prisons aims to provoke panic amongst dissidents and activists and to terrorize them into silence, ending any protest against the regime’s multifaceted oppression,” he added.

Ahwazi Arab minotiry has been peacefully protesting against the Mullah regime to stop funding the money in the regional expansionism, rather demanding country’s development.

An Ahwazi humanrights activist said, “people want the regime to stop spending their money on regional wars and its own expansionist ambitions. They want to see the nation developed and be given their rights to freedom and a decent life.”

The Iranian Mullah regime aims at annihilating the Arab Ahwazi minority, while they are calling the international community to intervene to stop the brutality.

Rising Hate in India

0

by Annie Gowen and Manas Sharma

In some of the lynching cases, members of Modi’s party or its right-wing affiliates incited or organized the mobs or praised the killers after the fact.

Alimuddin Ansari, a van driver, knew the risks. Smuggling beef in India, where the slaughter of cows is illegal in some states, is dangerous work, and Ansari eventually attracted the notice of Hindu extremists in Jharkhand.

One hot day in June 2017, they tracked him to a crowded market. When he arrived with a van full of beef, the lynch mob was waiting.

Reports of religious-based hate-crime cases have spiked in India since the pro-Hindu nationalist government of Narendra Modi came to power in 2014, according to new data from IndiaSpend, which tracks reports of violence in English-language media. The data shows that Muslims are overwhelmingly the victims and Hindus the perpetrators of the cases reported.

The government of India does not record religious-based hate crimes as separate offenses and so does not provide data on the category. The government does monitor incidents of communal violence — such as riots between religious communities — and has data that shows such incidents rose 28 percent between 2014 and 2017.

Some of the violence in the reported cases centers on cows because Hindus — nearly 80 percent of India’s population — believe the animals are sacred, and many states have laws that protect them from slaughter. Violent “cow vigilante” groups patrol the roads, beating and killing those suspected of smuggling beef.

Modi has said that state governments should punish these vigilantes and that his administration is committed to upholding the law, but critics say his party has emboldened Hindu extremists across the country. And the data supports that trend: More than half of the cases reported this year through October came from three states in northern India — Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand — where Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party, or BJP, enjoys strong support.

BJP spokesman Sudhanshu Trivedi said the government acts promptly if tensions occur between groups. He noted that India has suffered only “minor incidents” in the last four years, and there were no large-scale religious riots.

“Our objection is that the political class and a certain section of media want to highlight the [religious] angle in order to malign the image of government,” he said. “This is not happening for the first time. It has been happening for years.”

An ambush at the market

The vigilantes had been tracking Ansari for over a week. Early on the morning of June 29, 2017, a tea stall owner who had been working as an informer for the vigilantes called with a tip that Ansari was headed to the market in a white van full of beef, according to the judge’s ruling in the case and suspects’ statements to police. Deepak Mishra, a Brahmin priest, sent a WhatsApp message to a group of vigilantes calling them to the scene, court documents show.

The vigilantes trailed the van on their motorbikes, then stopped Ansari at the crowded market, pulling him from the driver’s seat, according to court records. They beat him with bamboo sticks and a fiber rod.

“I started hitting him with my fists and kicking him,” Mishra recounted, according to his statement to police. “I hit him in the stomach and on his chest.”

A video of the scene shows the mob jeering, kicking and slapping a dazed Ansari. Eventually, they overturned his van and set it ablaze, spilling raw beef across the road. The sight of the meat only seemed to inflame the mob, the prosecutor said. They shouted “Beat, beat beat him more!”

When police arrived, the men scattered, but it was too late for Ansari. He lost consciousness in an ambulance and was pronounced dead on the way to a hospital. The postmortem report said Ansari died of shock as a result of multiple injuries.

A killing on screen

Ansari’s killing played out in almost real time on WhatsApp, the global messaging platform that is widely used in India, its largest market, and has increasingly become a vehicle for the spread of hate speech and incendiary fake news there and elsewhere.

His wife, Mariam Khatoon, and son watched the killing unfold on the phones of their neighbors, who had gathered in a shocked group outside the family’s modest concrete dwelling in the town of Ramgarh that morning.

“My father was a good man. When money was scarce, he did not eat so we could eat,” said his son Shahzad Akhtar, 22, a student. “Seeing him killed right in front of us, on screen, was agony.”

Harsh Mander, director of the Center for Equity Studies in New Delhi, said the perpetrators film these lynchings and post online to communicate a threatening message to the victims, who are often minorities or from lower-caste communities.

A history of violence

Modi’s career has been shadowed by allegations of religious intolerance since 2002, when he, as the chief minister of the state of Gujarat, was accused of failing to do enough to stop Hindu-Muslim riots that killed more than 1,000. For this, he was denied a visa to visit the United States on religious-freedom grounds, making the trip only after he became prime minister in 2014.

In an interview with The Post in 2012, Modi showed little regret for what happened in Gujarat. “I have not done anything wrong,” he said, “and I am committed to the human cause.”

Now, in a string of incidents, his party members have been accused of supporting or even inciting violence against Muslims, leaving many in the country’s Muslim community of 172 million — the third largest in the world — fearful.

In some of the lynching cases, members of Modi’s party or its right-wing affiliates incited or organized the mobs or praised the killers after the fact.

In Ansari’s killing, Nityanand Mahto, spokesman for the BJP in Ramgarh district, was released in early July on bail pending appeal after being jailed for a year for his role in inciting the mob. He denies involvement, saying he was in the crowd because he was trying to stop the violence. The prosecutor said he took part in the beating. “I was framed,” he said.

An attempt at justice

Eleven men and one juvenile suspected in Ansari’s death were arrested and charged with murder. In March, the adults were convicted and sentenced to life in prison, prompting protests; their supporters claim Ansari died because he was beaten in police custody. All but the juvenile have since been released on appeal; one of the convicted men has died in an unrelated accident.

The high court judge who ordered the release of the first seven men noted that although they were members of the mob, there was a lack of evidence against them in the assault. Later, even those convicted of the conspiracy were released on bail.

In July, some of the accused perpetrators went to the home of Jayant Sinha, a member of Modi’s council of ministers. Sinha fed them sweets and hung marigold garlands around their necks, prompting an international firestorm.

Sinha said he believes they are innocent but said he feels regret for honoring the men.

INSPIRING: Saudi Surgeon meets his school teacher on the Operation table after 30 years

Riyadh – A Saudi surgeon felt emotional meeting his first grade teacher on the operation table in a hospital after 30 years of schooling.

Dr. Ahmed al-Qarni – consultant orthopedic surgeon – who specializes in sports and foot and ankle surgery found his school-teacher admitted in his hospital due to a knee injury. During conversation, the teacher recalled his students, the class environment, and the school memories.

Later, al-Qarni introduced his teacher to all his fellow Doctors and subordinates, which gave the teacher the pride-feeling.

al-Qarni proudly spoke to the media on how he got the golden chance to repay his teacher’s efforts.

“My teacher suffered a knee injury. He came to the clinic where we reminisced about the school days, my colleagues, the students and the school and teachers. After that I performed the necessary tests and scheduled him for an operation. During the meeting, he praised my excellence and success and did not forget my academic distinction,” al-Qarni told media.

“I stayed with my teacher until he entered the anesthesia room and followed up all the medical procedures, I introduced my teacher to my colleagues and he was happy and proud that I was one of his students. After assuring the success of the operation I visited him and wanted to take a picture to commemorate this wonderful moment,” he added.

“Teachers deserve attention and appreciation, and everyone was asking me about how I felt performing on my teacher. I always pay attention and take care of all my patients, but my teacher was a special case,” he enthused.

Hidden Enemy of Muslims is Muslim Brotherhood

0

by Ali Al-Rubei

No one ever used the religion of Islam as a card to push their political agenda as much as the Muslim Brotherhood.

It is not strange that they do not believe in a modern state because their culture is very much similar to that of bandits.

I CAN find excuses for those who make me an enemy for personal reasons. I understand the position of a country that is viewed as enemy to my country. The same can be said for a devilish party that inherited hatred from the past and is using it for the future as an excuse to settle accounts.

But it is very difficult for me to understand the position of a group that grew within us and benefitted from our wealth and managed to thrive with our support at a time when their closest people betrayed them.

I always believed that the dangers of political Islam were greater than its benefits. No one ever used the religion of Islam as a card to push their political agenda as much as the Muslim Brotherhood. No one ever instigated the public and society as much as they did. No other group played with ideology, putting Islam as a religion in a narrow frame, to control the minds of people and turn them against their countries as the Muslim Brotherhood did. It is not strange that they do not believe in a modern state because their culture is very much similar to that of bandits. The verse in the Holy Qur’an, “They know the favor of Allah and then deny it”, applies to them.

Arab countries throughout their history were obvious victims of their devilish and violent practices. If we look back in history and searched for the truth, we will discover that they had killed many innocent people and branded many philosophers infidels. It is because of their weak understanding and hatred, the Muslim nation that they are crying for now has almost lost everything.

We lived through the Sahwa (Awakening) Movement with all its implications. We have seen the Muslim Brotherhood icons loving worldly life and amassing wealth. This makes us ask the real question: Are they really calling people to return to Islam? Do they really care about following the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)? The answer is definitely a big “no”.

For many years, we listened to them and saw them recruiting members, rehabilitating and reinforcing their lines, and we did not ask what was this preparation for. They were recruiting and mobilizing people against their own countries and instigating their members against own families.

In the past three decades, I am asking myself, what did this Sahwa Movement achieve? Are there any local, Arab or Islamic achievements? Was Palestine liberated through their hands?
