Saudi FM and US’s Blinken discuss plan to invite warring parties to Sudan in Jeddah

Riyadh – US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan on Friday, according to the Kingdom’s foreign ministry.

The statement said, “During their talk, they addressed the progress of a collaborative effort to convene both Sudanese warring sides in Jeddah.

According to the statement, the collaborative initiative aims to “reduce the levels of tension” in Sudan.
