Raqqa — Iranian militias in the south-eastern Syrian state of Raqqa slaughtered 24 Syrian shepherds to seek revenge of Iranian general Qassem Soleimani’s death who was killed in a U.S. airstrike on Friday.
Asaad Hanna, a former journalist of AlMonitor and volunteer of Syrian humanitarian group White Helmets, tweeted the gory video.
The tweet stated, “Iran’s respond on Soleimani’s death came now by slaughtering and executing 24 Syrian southeastern Raqqa. Those innocent people were herding sheep when Iranian militias raided and killed them as revenge to Qasem Soleimani’s death.”

The stomach-churning video shows men lying in the pool of blood after being slaughtered and executed by the Iranian militias.
Soleimani is said to be involved in the murder of hundreds of thousands of Syrians through boosting Bashar al-Assad’s brutal genocidal regime in Syria, and he used to control the policy for Iran with respect to Iraq, Lebanon, Gaza and Afghanistan.
U.S. president Donald Trump ordered the airstrikes to eliminate him for the regional stability and peace.
