An Usual story of a self-made billionaire who turned Negatives into Optimism

By Noorah Jakaku

We’ve all been struggling in this wave of life aiming for only one thing, Success.

Success is defined by various people according to what they want to achieve in life. For some, it would be to graduate school and get that dream job. For others, it may be to settle down in life with enough to survive on. And then there are the those who think success means amassing a lot of wealth.

Whichever category we fit into, there is still a part of us that looks at those billionaires and think “how did they make all that money?”. Even though there are people who work really hard to get up there, believe it or not, some people reach there without even having any intentions to. Such is the case of Mr. Edward.

Mr. Edward was an unexceptional government employee whose day happily started with his job and family and ended with these two blessings. On a normal day, Mr. Edward saw an advertisement posted on the bulletin for a job vacancy in Vietnam for a year and the one who accepted this offer would be paid 3000 U.S. Dollars along with his current salary.

Mr. Edward like many of his colleagues thought of it as undesirable. After all, who would want to leave their peaceful hometown to live in a communist society. But it wasn’t until life changed for him and a few weeks later his mind changed. He went back to the bulletin searching frantically for the advert only to find that it was gone. He went back home with great regret.

How could he save his family from all the mess that happened few days ago? His son was in trouble when clearly it was not his fault but his friend’s for stealing from the grocery store. And Mr. Edward did not know who had killed the guard who had beaten up his son. Neither did Mr. Edward know that his father along with his older brother had hired some goons to teach the guard a lesson for beating up his grandson. None of them had known that the beating from the goons would result in the guard’s death. All he knew was that he did not want to spend his days in the Police station to be interrogated for this mysterious murder. And then it came again.

The next day when he arrived at office, the advert was put up again by the boss which read “6000 U.S dollars+current salary will be paid for the one who will work in Vietnam for one year.” There was no more thinking. Mr. Edward and his family packed their bags and left their hometown in hope for a better future and away from this mess.

One year passed, and his term contract ended. A second employee was assigned to come to Vietnam this year, but God had other plans for Mr. Edward. For personal reasons, his colleague could not fulfill his promise and offered Mr. Edward 7000 U.S. Dollars to complete this job for him. Fate offered him another year of stay in Vietnam which lead him to earn a total of 140,000 U.S dollars.

When he wanted to return to Taiwan, another issue occurred. We generally focus so much on the negatives in our lives, but we do not realize that there are hidden opportunities for us in it. Mr. Edward dealt with this negative a little differently which turned his fate around. What would you have done after all this hard work and collecting all this wealth and then you come to know that you are not allowed to take it back with you to your hometown? It was impossible that Mr. Edward would leave without his money, so someone advised him to invest in Saigon, a former U.S. colony in Vietnam.

But investing in Vietnam came with another struggle, becoming a Vietnamese citizen . Mr Edward took this challenge with undivided optimism and did all that was necessary. Gaining citizenship and later investing in Saigon, he bought many hotels that previously belonged to the U.S, renovated them and it currently is the most wanted property in South East Asia. For the past twenty years, Mr. Edward owns chains of hotels, which are now managed by his son. He returned to Taiwan recently and is living a life of bliss.

What happened to his colleagues you wonder? They are still government employees earning a stable pay, but grabbing this opportunity due to an incident that at one time made Mr. Edward miserable, turned his life around!

Nagpur ISI Agent Agarwal offered job and high-pay in US by Pakistan

0

Nagpur – Alleged ISI agent – Nishant Agarwal – who was detained on Monday by Anti-Terrorism Squad was offered a high-ranking job with fat pay in America by the Pak handlers, investigations revealed on Tuesday.

Agarwal – employed at BrahMos Aerospace – was arrested on the charges of espionage and leaking the highly-classified defence information to Pakistan’s Interservices Intelligence.

“His interrogation has revealed that he was promised better job prospects by the handlers who posed as women and honey-trapped him. These accounts have been traced to Pakistan,” said an official.

The sleuths have started investigating his bank accounts and those of his relatives to see if any money was sent by the Pak handlers.

“While the money wouldn’t have followed an official channel, but still his bank accounts will be probed to ascertain if there are unexplained funds deposits or transfers,” the official said.

Agarwal would often flaunt about his job profile and his achivements on social media, which led the Pak handlers to easily trap him.

“Though he was working on a sensitive project that involved national security, he had put out his professional details, including his rank, profile, the nature of the job he handled on social media and professional networking website. This could have been picked up by those trying to look for potential contacts in the Indian defence establishment to get data on country technology,” said an official.

Aggarwal was tasked to supervise the new projects at BrahMos’ Nagpur and Pilani facilities and was exposed to a lot of classified data, said officials.

ISI seems to be interested in getting information on the new missle technology being developed by India and Russia jointly.

ATS team from UP has arrived in Hyderabad to investigate about Agarwal’s previous employers.

From a Journalist to Sexual Predator – ‘Me Too’ campaign exposes MJ Akbar

By Ghazala Wahab [taken verbatimly from theWire.in]

As the #MeToo campaign hit India, I tweeted on October 6 that, “I wonder when the floodgates will open about @mjakbar.” Soon enough, friends and former colleagues from the Asian Age, where M.J. Akbar was the editor when I joined as an intern in 1994, reached out.  Why don’t you write about your ‘Akbar story’, they urged. I wasn’t sure if it was a dignified thing to do after over two decades. But when the messages persisted, I thought about it.

I spent the weekend replaying those harrowing six months in my mind. Something that I had locked away in a remote corner of my mind still gave me goose-bumps. At some point, my eyes welled up and I told myself that I will not be known as a victim; that those six months in 1997 meant nothing to me and do not in anyway define my personality. I decided not to follow-up my tweet. It is one thing to discover that your idol has the base instincts of an animal and quite another to declare it to the world. But the messages persisted. Some said that maybe my account will give courage to others to come out too. So, here is my story.

In 1989, when I was still in school, my father presented me with a copy of Akbar’s Riot After Riot. I devoured the book in two days. I then bought India: The Siege Within and Nehru: The Making of India. I quietly pushed Freedom at Midnight, O Jerusalem and Is Paris Burning to one side. I had a new favourite writer.

While I had decided to be a journalist even before I knew how to spell the word, exposure to Akbar’s books turned desire into passion. So that I did not lose focus, I enrolled in a bachelors’ course in journalism after school. When I landed a job in the Delhi office of The Asian Age in 1994, I was convinced that it was destiny that brought me there; so that I could learn from the best in the business.

But learning had to wait. First, the illusion had to shatter. Akbar wore his erudition lightly. A little too lightly. He screamed, he swore and he drank in the office. ‘You are too small town-ish,’ a senior colleague rapped me. So, I swallowed my small-townish mentality and for the next two years accepted everything as part of the office culture — Akbar’s flirtation with young sub-editors, his blatant favouritism and his bawdy jokes. I heard people refer to the Asian Age Delhi office as Akbar’s harem— there were far too many young women than men. And I also frequently heard office gossip about his affairs with sub editors/ reporters or that in every regional office of the Asian Age he had a girlfriend. I shrugged all of it as office culture. I was in the periphery of his attention and remained unaffected.

In my third year at the Asian Age, the office culture hit home. His eyes fell on me. And my nightmare began. My desk was shifted to just outside his cabin, perpendicularly opposite his desk, so that if the door to his room was left slightly open, I was face to face with him. He would sit at his desk and watch me all the time, often sending me lewd messages on the Asian Ageintranet network. Thereafter, emboldened by my obvious helplessness, he started calling me into his cabin (the door to which he would always shut) for conversation, most of which was personal in nature. Things like my family background and how I was working and living alone in Delhi against the wishes of my parents.

Sometimes, he would make me sit opposite him while he was supposedly writing his weekly column. The idea was that if he needed to look up a word in the gigantic dictionary placed on a low tripod on the far end of his cabin, he would ask me instead of walking across the room.

The dictionary was placed so low that one needed to either bend down or squat to look up a word, with one’s back towards Akbar. Once, in autumn of 1997, while I was half-squatting over the dictionary, he sneaked up behind me and held me by my waist. I stumbled in sheer fright while struggling to get to my feet. He ran his hands from my breast to my hips. I tried pushing his hands away, but they were plastered on my waist, his thumbs rubbing the sides of my breasts.

Not only was the door shut, his back blocked it. In those few moments of terror, all sorts of thoughts ran through my mind. Finally, he released me. All this while, the wily smile never left his face. I ran out of his cabin and into the toilet to cry my eyes out. The horror and the violation that I felt completely overwhelmed me. I told myself that this would not happen again and that my resistance would have told him that I did not want to be ‘one of his girlfriends.’ But my nightmare had just begun.

The next evening, he called me in his cabin. I knocked and entered. He was standing next to the door and before I could react he shut the door, trapping me between his body and the door. I instinctively flinched, but he held me and bent to kiss me. With my mouth clamped shut, I struggled to turn my face to one side. The jostling continued, without much success. I had no space to manoeuvre. Fear had rendered me speechless. As my body was pushing against the door, at some point he let me go. Tear-stricken, I ran out. Out of the office. Out of the Surya Kiran building and into the parking lot. Finding a lonely spot, I sat down on the pavement and cried.

My whole life loomed in front of me. I was the first person in my family to come out of my home town Agra to study in Delhi and thereafter work. In the past three years, I had fought several battles at home to be able to live and work in Delhi. Women in my family only studied but never worked. In small town business families, girls always settled for arranged marriages. I had fought against this patriarchy. I had refused to accept money from my father because I wanted to make it on my own. I wanted to be a successful, respected journalist. I just couldn’t quit and go back home as a loser.

A colleague, Sanjari Chatterjee, had followed me into the parking lot. She had seen me run out of his cabin with tears rolling down my face. She sat with me for a while. Why don’t you tell Seema Mustafa about this, she suggested. Perhaps, she can talk with Akbar and once he knows that she knows, maybe he will back off. Seema was the bureau chief then. We both came back to the office. I went into her cubicle and narrated my story. She heard me. She was not surprised. She said that the call was entirely mine; that I should decide what I wanted to do. This was 1997. I was alone, confused, helpless and extremely frightened.

Finally, I returned to my desk. I sent him a message on Asian Age’s netware messaging system. I told him how highly I regard him as a writer; how this behaviour ruins that image of his in my mind and how I do not want him to behave like this with me again.

He immediately called me in his cabin. I thought that he would apologise. I was wrong. He looked pained at my protests and proceeded to give me a lecture on how I was humiliating him by suggesting that his emotions for me were not genuine…

On my way back home that night, I finally accepted that the situation at work was going out of my control. I had to find another job. And so, I started to look for a job. Every moment that I spent at the Asian Age office was full of dread. Every time he called me in his cabin, I died a thousand times. I would enter his room, with the door slightly open and with my hand on the door knob. This amused him. Sometimes, he would walk over to the door and put his hand over mine; sometimes he would rub his body against mine; sometimes he would push his tongue against my pursed lips; and every time I would push him away and escape from his room.

Then my colleague, who had by now become my guardian angel, devised a ploy. Whenever I was called to his cabin, she would wait a moment and follow me inside on some pretext or the other. She became my safety valve.

But this worked only to some extent. Having realised that he was not getting his way physically, he employed emotional tactics. One evening he called me in to his office and pleaded with me to go the Ajmer dargah to tie a thread for him. Apparently, he could not trust anyone to do the job. I stayed home pretending to have gone to Ajmer. But somehow, he caught on my lie and heaped religious guilt on me. By now I was a mess of conflicting emotions – I was guilty. I was insecure. And most of all, I was petrified. Office no longer represented independence to me. It was a torture chamber, I was desperate to get out of, but couldn’t find the door. I foolishly still believed that I would be able to quit with dignity once I found another job.

Since I continued to resist (in my limited way) his physical overtures, he fired another salvo to break my defences – Veenu Sandal, the Asian Age tarot card reader who used to do a weekly column. Over time, she had become Akbar’s private astrologer. After one particularly harrowing afternoon, when he shooed-off my protective colleague from his office so that he could paw me, Veenu came to my desk and told me that Akbar was truly in love with me. And that I should give him time to show me how much he cared.

I was disgusted at this animal. Could he be real? Can his sense of entitlement be so huge that he employs an astrologer to pimp for him? At that point, I was no longer sure of anything. What will happen if I continue to resist him? Will he rape me? Will he harm me? I considered going to the police, but got scared. What if he gets vengeful? I considered telling my parents, but I knew that would be the end of my barely-begun career.

After several sleepless nights, I figured that staying on in the Asian Age while looking for another job was no longer an option. That I must quit immediately. So, I mustered courage and told him that I was quitting. He lost his balance. He hollered while I cowered in my chair. Then he got all emotional and held me urging me not to leave him. I came out of his room shaking to the bones. This was turning into an unending nightmare which affected every aspect of my life. I lost my appetite. I lost my sleep. I lost my desire to hang out with my friends.

Then it got worse. Akbar told me that he was launching an edition from Ahmedabad and wanted me to shift there. All my protests about my parents not allowing me to shift were brushed aside as he started to loudly plan. I would be given a house in Ahmedabad and everything would be taken care of by the company. And whenever he came there, he would stay with me.

My panic shot through the roof. In that moment of pure terror, I discovered a reservoir of calm within. I stopped protesting. Slowly, over the next few weeks I started clearing my desk, taking my books etc., home, a few at a time. So that the evening before my departure for Ahmedabad, my desk was clear. Handing over a sealed envelope which had my resignation letter to Akbar’s secretary I left the office at the usual time. I requested her to give the envelope to him only the following evening, well after it would be discovered that I hadn’t taken the flight to Ahmedabad.

Next day, I stayed home. In the evening, Akbar called on my home phone number. He had taken my number from the office. He raved – angry and emotional by turns. I was petrified. What if he comes home? I stayed awake the whole night and boarded the first train to my parents the next morning. Nobody asked me anything at home. My parents sensed that all was not well. The fight had gone out of all of us. I stayed home for a few weeks. Then when I told my father that I wanted to return to Delhi to my job, he didn’t protest. All he said was, look for another job. And I broke down.

In the last 21 years, I had put all this behind me. I was determined not to be a victim, and not let one monster’s debauchery ruin my career, even though occasionally I had nightmares. Maybe now the nightmares will stop.

Youngest Muslim Scientist to visit Google Science Fair

0

Dressed in a blue-blazer with a carbon-framed specs 16-years old Zain Samdani was speaking to guests, entrepreneurs, and businessmen at Aspiring Entrepreneur Summit-2018-Riyadh.

The youngest scientist was fluently presenting his exoskeleton invention which helps millions of people with motor disabilities.

CEO of Google, Sunder Pichai tweeted Zain’s invention during his visit to Google Science Fair.

Zain Samdani who is hardly 16-years old completing his 12th grade in Yasmin International School – Riyadh – Saudi Arabia, became interested in robotics at a very young age through YouTube videos on Robotics.

He started creating motor devices using mere cardboard and plastic items. Looking at his unparalleled ability to transform his ideas into a kinetic invention, his father Zubair Ahmed – Projects manager of a Logistics Company in Riyadh – funded his son’s dream.

“I actually had this idea, my main inspiration to do all of this was actually for my mom,” said Zain Samdani.

“Seeing my mom work hard and the fact that she didn’t have time for herself, that inspired me to create robots that would lessen her burden,” he added.

He started to wonder how he could contribute to help the 200 million people living with disabilities worldwide.

Majority of these people suffer from lost motor faculties, however some rehabilitation centers offer recovery therapies through robotic exoskeletons, which are often heavy, expensive and focused on helping patients with regular exercise.

Zain thought in thought, if a robotic exoskeleton could help a patient’s brain to develop new avenues and help them completely recover or at least improve their motor skills.

Zain designed a robotic exoskeleton hand that mimics the movement of a sensor hand in parallel. During the course of testing he observed his own motor skills in the learning hand appeared to be improved.

“I do it single-handedly with my parents support. My Dad supported me financially and my mom morally. Whenever I caught up in the problem, she was the one who found solution to it,” said Zain when asked if he designed, programmed, and tested single-handedly.

His design is unique with its lightweight feature and is completely customizable to the wearer’s hands. Zain believes his “ExoHeal” device can help physically disabled patients around the world overcome the challenge of their lives more easily.

Zain was selected to represent Saudi Arabia among the top 16 Global Finalists in the Google Science Fair 2016. He flaunts his achievement of getting his picture tweeted by CEO of Google Sunder Pichai during the fair.

“I have represented Saudi Arabia in Mumbai, and US as well in Google Science Fair,” he enthused.

Zain is the only one representative from Saudi Arabia and among 16 global finalists, who competed at the sixth Google Science Fair held in California.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman announced the development of NEOM city which will probably open new avenues for the world-class robotic experts to contribute their inventions.

Zain explained that he and his father are looking into it in the future but nothing concrete has been finalized yet.

His invention “ExoHeal” has attracted a lot of investors during the Aspiring Entrepreneur Summit-2018 owing to the uniqueness of the product of being lightweight, customizable and highly cost-effective.

Zain does not spend all his time in the laboratory. He also has plenty of hobbies. Zain said, “I do a lot of stuff like poetry, photography, and I have my own Youtube Channel (ZainNemesis)”.

“I make videos on robotics to help more kids take interest in the subject,” he added.

Zain dreams to continue with his endeavor in robotics to bring smiles on the faces of millions of deprived people around the globe.

Delhi School splits Hindu and Muslim students into separated sections

0

North Delhi – A Municipal Corporation school in North Delhi divided Hindu and Muslim students into separated sections. A group of teachers on Tuesday accused the school management of playing communal politics by spliting the students.

According to a report by Indian Express, attendance records of the North MCD Boys’ School, Wazirabad village, Gali Number 9, show the section-wise break up of students.

  • Class IA: 36 Hindus, IB: 36 Muslims
  • IIA: 47 Hindus, IIB: 26 Muslims and 15 Hindus, IIC: 40 Muslims
  • IIIA: 40 Hindus, IIIB: 23 Hindus and 11 Muslims, IIIC: 40 Muslims, IIID: 14 Hindus and 23 Muslims
  • IVA: 40 Hindus, IVB: 19 Hindus and 13 Muslims, IVC: 35 Muslims, IVD: 11 Hindus and 24 Muslims
  • VA: 45 Hindus, VB: 49 Hindus, VC: 39 Muslims and 2 Hindus, VD: 47 Muslims

According to the Right To Education Act, the school violates the law as each section should ideally have 30 students at the primary level.

However, C B Singh Sehrawat, the teacher put in-charge of the school on July 2 after the principal was transferred, denied deliberately segregating the students on the basis of religion.

“Reshuffling of sections is standard procedure which happens in all schools. This was a management decision to try and do the best we can to see that there is peace, discipline and a good learning environment in the school. Children fought sometimes”, he said.

“Some children are vegetarian, so there may be differences, and so on. We need to look after the interests of all teachers and students”, he added.

According to the source, a group of teachers from the school went to the MCD zonal office in Civil Lines around 20 days ago to complain authorities about the matter, but they avoided writing the grievance to avoid backlash.

A senior official from the education department of the North Municipal Corporation of Delhi said, “Now that this has been brought to our notice, we will definitely inquire about it. If the allegations are true, strict action will be taken.”

The mother of a Class I student, who was not aware of this cruel act, said, “This is extremely wrong, if true. We believe all children are equal. What is going to happen if they are treated like this at the school level itself? This is very disturbing.”

Secret Video of Two Sanatan Sanstha members admitting of planting Bombs goes viral

Thane – Two key members of Hindutva Terror outfit – Sanatan Sanstha – confessed about planting Bombs in Thane. The video was secretly recorded by undercover investigative journalists of India Today.

The Sanatan Sanstha, with centres spread across Maharashtra, Goa and elsewhere in India, is, however, no stranger to controversy. Its name figured in the Maharashtra Anti Terror Squad’s chargesheet for bomb attacks outside theatres and cinema halls in 2008 — allegedly over ‘objectionable’ depiction of Hinduism in certain films and dramas.

Seven people were injured when a bomb went off in the parking lot of the theatre in Thane.

A trial court in 2011 had acquitted the accused Sanatan Sanstha members. But the news channel’s exposé revealed that the Hindutva organisation may have played a role in the attacks.

One of the two men who the channel talked to admitted seven years after his acquittal that he had planted the explosives outside the theatre in Vashi, India Today claimed.

All these years, the Sanstha has vehemently denied the accusations. But now, India Today TV’s SIT has secured evidence suggesting it might have played a role in the attacks.

Since August this year, the Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad has arrested seven Hindutva men for allegedly conspiring to carry out bomb blasts across the state and recovered crude bombs, detonators and firearms from their possession.

Vaibhav Raut – co-founder of Cow protection group – was the first to be arrested on August 9 after a raid at his home in Mumbai’s Nalasopara locality. His group Hindu Govansh Raksha Samiti is said to be affiliated to the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, an offshoot of the Sanatan Sanstha.

Sharad Kalaskar, one of the seven men arrested, is also an accused in the murder of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar.

Sanskari Man turns out to be Sexual predator, reveals writer Vinta

0

Vinta Nanda, a veteran writer-producer of the avant-garde 1990s’ show “Tara” fame, has accused actor Alok Nath — known for his “sanskaari” on-screen image — of sexually violating her almost two decades ago.

“I have waited for this moment to come for 19 years,” Nanda wrote in a long, heart-wrenching Facebook post, referring to the “predator in question” as “the actor par excellence who is known as the most ‘sanskaari’ (cultured) person in the film and television industry”.

Her suggestive remarks like “sanskaari” and that the person concerned was the “lead actor” and a “television star of that decade” were good enough to make out that Nanda was indeed pointing the finger at Alok.

Later, confirming the same to IANS via SMS, Nanda said: “It is Alok Nath. I thought saying ‘sanskaari’ would do the needful.”

Alok is known for his roles as a stereotypical Indian father, personifying religious traditions and moral values in films and TV shows.

It is the escalating voices against sexual harassment across the world as part of the #MeToo wave that gave Nanda the courage to pen down the exeriences which had left her “shattered”.

“He was an alcoholic, shameless and obnoxious but he was also the television star of that decade, so not only was he forgiven for all his bad behaviour, many of the guys would also egg him on to be his worst,” Nanda wrote, adding that he even harassed the show’s lead actress who was not interested in him.

Sharing the “worst” that happened, Nanda recounted the incidents that followed after she left a party at Alok’s house at 2 a.m. She says her drinks were mixed.

“I started to walk home on the empty streets… Midway I was accosted by this man who was driving his own car and he asked me to sit in it and said he would drop me home. I trusted him and sat in his car.

“I have faint memory after that. I can remember more liquor being poured into my mouth and I remember being violated endlessly. When I woke up the next afternoon, I was in pain. I hadn’t just been raped, I was taken to my own house and had been brutalised.

“I couldn’t get up for my bed. I told some of my friends but everybody advised me to forget about it and move on.”

Later, she got a job to write and direct a series for Plus Channel, and again her paths crossed with Alok.

“The man found his way through the casting route and became one of the lead actors on the show. He created an environment in which I was made to feel threatened, so I asked the producers to release me from directing the series because I didn’t want to be around where he was.

“I continued to write the show.”

The “most difficult part” and the “main reason” why Nanda took so long to come out with the truth was because while she was working on this new series, she says, “he asked me to come to his house again and I went to allow him to violate me”.

“I needed the job and didn’t want to leave it as I needed the money. It was after this that I quit.”

Nanda has urged people “who have suffered at the hands of predators, to come out and say it aloud”.

“Don’t hold yourselves back. This is a moment for change, so your silence will only hold barriers to its evolution. Speak out. Shout out from the top of the roof.”

Shia Waqf Chairman calls Prophet’s Caliphs as ‘Terrorists’, Hyderabad Police books case

Hyderabad – A case has been registered in Hyderabad on Tuesday against the Chairman of Shia Waqf board for allegedly calling the first two caliphs of Islam as ‘Terrorists’.

Adam Ismail (27) a resident of Dabeerpura-Hyderabad along with his friends approached the area Police station on Tuesday evening to lodge a complain against Waseem Rizvi – Chairman of the Shia Waqf board for using blasphemous remarks against the first caliph of Islam Abubakar al-Siddiq and his successor Omar al-Khattab.

While addressing the media recently on Ram Janm Bhoomi and Babri Masjid tirade, Rizvi said, “Atanki Abubakar aur Umar ki vichaardharaon ko choro” – ‘leave the ideology of terrorists Abubakar and Umar’.

N. Satya Narayana – SHO Dabeerpura Police station registered a case against Rizvi.

Adnan Qamar – a social activist, said, “we love the Ahle-Bait (house of the Prophet) as well as all the companions. We consider them equal. They are the greatest personalities after the Prophet”.

“We cannot tolerate any kind of blasphemy against them”, he added.

The main complainant Adam said, “we request all the Indian Muslims to democratically protest against these derogatory remarks”.

Mohammed Zeeshan – a local political leader, said, “we strongly condemn the blasphemous remarks by Wasim Rizvi and we demand strict action to be taken against him.”

Copy of Complain (Supplied)

Owing to the unabated anger of Muslims, Rizvi recanted from his insinuating statements, he actually intended Abubakar al-Baghdadi – ISIS Chief, and Mullah Umar – Taliban Chief.

Although he shrewdly retracted, Muslim bloggers and activists accuse him of not mentioning the most dreaded terrorist Osama bin Laden, if he really intended to mention the terrorist-clan.

They also accused him of deliberately mentioning about the names of first two caliphs without clearly mentioning the names of Abubakar al-Baghdadi and Mullah Umar.

However, Rizvi in another interview accused the first two caliphs of usurping the rights of Fatema – daughter of the Prophet.

These derogatory statements justify his critics to file case against him.

Rizvi recently alleged based on dubious excavation reports that Babri Masjid was built upon the debris of Ram temple, and the Indian Muslims should give up the legal case of Babri dispute and let the Sangh Parivar carry on with the construction of the temple.
