In conversations with China’s president, Saudi Crown Prince acknowledged Beijing’s role in re-establishing ties with Iran

Riyadh – The phone call between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Tuesday focused on the significance of the two nations’ relations.

According to the Saudi News Agency, the crown prince also expressed the appreciation of the Kingdom for China’s contribution to and efforts to strengthen ties between Saudi Arabia and Iran.

The Chinese president, for his part, lauded the Kingdom’s contribution to improving Beijing’s ties with the Middle Eastern and GCC nations.

They discussed aspects of the Kingdom’s and China’s partnership as well as shared initiatives to strengthen their cooperation in a number of areas during the call.
