Missing Saudi man found dead in desert in the prostrating position

Riyadh – A missing Saudi man was found dead in the position of prostration in the middle of sand dunes in a desert on Sunday morning, after three days of intensive search.

40-year-old Dhuwaihi Hamoud Al Ajaleen, was a resident of Wadi Al Dawasir in Riyadh province of Saudi Arabia. He went missing from Thursday after he started from his house in a pickup truck. His family filed a missing complaint with the police after losing contact with him.

The rescue teams started a full-blown search operations in the deserts using four-wheel drive vehicles and gliders in the rough terrains and sand dunes.

Finally, they found the dead body of Al Ajaleen in a desert, a few meters away from his pick-up truck laden with wood and sticks. Which apparently means, he went out to collect them for his family.

However, it’s still unknown which prayer – out of five daily prayers he was offering in the desert.

The video posted on social media, earned a lot of prayers for Al Ajaleen, which the netizens describe as a “blessed ending” of a Muslim.
