Tehran — Iran’s Mullah regime formed a new secret department within Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) to carry out clandestine operations targeting the leaders of Arab countries especially Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, a french-based counter-terrorism research center published a report.

The report was published in May this year by french-based Global Watch Analysis, which stated that America’s most-wanted terrorist Gholan Shakuri was appointed as the head of this new department, while quoting an Iranian confidential source who leaked the data to one of the main Western intelligence centers.

In 2011, Shakuri was involved in an attempt to assasinate the then Saudi Arabian ambassador who is currently Saudi Foreign Minister, Adel al-Jubeir in Washington.

Attorney General Eric Holder who was relieved from services in April 2015, said that Iran potentially paid $1.5 million to murder Al-Jubeir while on United States soil.

Shakuri’s name also appeared in several investigations regarding Iranian activities aimed at destabilizing the Bahraini government.
