Khashoggi’s Son says, “Enemies of Saudi Arabia exploiting my Dad’s death to undermine the Kingdom and its Leadership”

Jeddah — Salah Khashoggi son of Jamal Khashoggi tweeted on Monday that enemies of Saudi Arabia in the east and west are exploiting his father’s death in order to undermine the Kingdom and its leadership.

Salah said in a detailed tweet, “A year has passed since the departure of my beloved father Jamal Khashoggi. During that time, Saudi Arabia’s opponents and its enemies east and west sought to exploit his case, may he rest in peace, to harm my country and leadership.”

He expressed absolute confidence in Saudi Arabia’s judiciary, and the Kingdom’s ability to retrieve justice from the perpetrators of this henous crime.

“I will be as Jamal Khashoggi was, loyal to God, then to my country and it’s leadership,” he added.

Jamal Khashoggi was murdered on October 2 2018 in a rogue operation in Istanbul when he entered Saudi Consulate for a formal paper-work.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman in a recent interview to CBS 60 minutes denied being involved in Jamal Khashoggi’s murder. He admitted that, since the murder was carried out by the Saudi operatives, so he’ll be personally responsible for getting justice for Khashoggi.

When asked about CIA reports of his involvement, he challenged to bring forth the reports in the public and charge him if those are true.
