Burj Khalifah displays Srilankan Flag to pay tribute to Easter attack victims

Dubai — The UAE Government on Thursday paid tribute to the victims of the Srilankan Easter attacks by lighting up the world’s tallest building with Srilankan flag.

More than 250 people died including Muslims in a cordinated ISIS terrorist attack on churches in the state capital and hotels on Sunday.

UAE’s famous landmarks like Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and the Emirates Palace too showed the solidarity by displaying Sri Lankan colors.

UAE has always stepped forward in supporting the victims of terrorism and showing solidarity with them.
