OPINION: Erdogan pleads Trump, yet the relations remain strained

0

by Dr. Theodore Karasik

Erdogan still thinks his personal relationship with Trump can lead to deals.

US President Donald Trump and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan met twice on the sidelines of the G20 summit at the weekend. The meetings are a good sign that progress is being made in resetting and correcting the course of US-Turkish relations in at least one major sphere — Syria — as well as the lifting of sanctions against the Turkish state-owned Halkbank. Both are related and might be considered one basket of several that need to be dealt with between the two countries.

Some background is necessary regarding the run-up to the two private meetings. Turkey is urging the US to complete the implementation of a bilateral deal that stipulates the withdrawal of all Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) from the Syrian province of Manbij by the end of 2018, and to expand the scope of the deal to the east of the Euphrates to avoid a confrontation between Turkish and American troops. Turkey believes the successful implementation of the Manbij deal might constitute a good path forward for addressing similar problems east of the Euphrates, where the YPG has control along with US troops.

Ankara’s aggressive tone toward the US in the run-up to the G20 illustrated that Erdogan was ready to push harder for an American withdrawal. Erdogan argued in a speech to party deputies in the Turkish parliament that Daesh did not exist in Syria, calling the extremists remaining in the country a “small number of gangs” trained and equipped by large foreign states in order to create chaos in the region. Erdogan labeled the US’ rationale for maintaining a presence in Syria — to decisively defeat Daesh — as a mere excuse and he wanted Trump to make good on his offer to pull troops out of Syria. And, a few days later, the Erdogan-chaired National Security Council released a statement declaring that the most serious threat to Turkey in Syria was in the area to the east of the Euphrates that is controlled by the YPG and its affiliates with America’s backing.

In Argentina, both the US and Turkey had an opportunity to discuss the ongoing situation in Syria. Erdogan said that the two nations are strategic partners and discussed Manbij, Idlib and terrorist groups in northern Syria, which is a matter that continues to be an obstacle in the reconciliation of strained relations between the two NATO allies, despite a deal made for cooperation.

Erdogan said that the north of Syria threatens Turkey directly. Importantly, the Turks are now preparing for the entire northern settlement by also calling for another four-nation Istanbul summit concerning Idlib with Germany, France and Russia. Erdogan is seeking to finish operations in the east of the Euphrates while taking more steps to settle the situation in and around Idlib. In other words, Erdogan sought to put in place the next step of Ankara’s plan for northern Syria by setting the path forward with the US and, separately, with Europe, which is reflective of the current divide between Trump and Eurasia.

Importantly, the Turkish press played a role in preparing the atmosphere for the Argentine meetings. Simply put, the Turkish press does not attack Trump but attacks Washington. Erdogan still thinks his personal relationship with Trump can lead to deals. Given how careless these newspapers have been in their attacks against foreign countries, the Turkish media’s approach toward Trump is clearly calculated. When Trump imposed sanctions on Turkey in August in order to secure the release of the imprisoned American pastor Andrew Brunson, Turkish media downplayed the confrontation. The story made few Turkish front pages, and coverage tended to attribute the sanctions to the “United States” rather than to Trump himself. Turkish press coverage of the Erdogan-Trump relationship is an important indicator of where Ankara sees it can garner the most leverage.

Ankara feels that it is in a good position to negotiate and, thus, part of the focus of the Trump-Erdogan meetings was to lift US sanctions on Halkbank. The bank’s gold for oil operation laundered up to $37.5 billion of Iranian money with the permission of its senior executives and the support of Turkish politicians. The Turkish Deputy CEO of Halkbank, Mehmet Hakan Atilla, is serving time in a US jail for sanctions violations, while American officials and lawyers accuse Erdogan of knowing of the scheme based on the testimony of the architect of the operation, Turkish-Iranian gold dealer Reza Zarrab. Erdogan wants this case resolved, as the lifting of sanctions and unfreezing of assets between the two countries now appears to be the current trajectory.

This current basket of discussions between Trump and Erdogan is an important indicator of where the bilateral relationship is going and has implications for a number of different issues, including the future of US arms sales to Turkey, such as F-35 fighters, and also Russia’s S-400 missile system sale to Ankara. These issues reveal the complexity of the current bilateral relationship, which is subject to upcoming bumps and warning signs. Overall, Erdogan is likely to receive concessions from Trump on Syria and on sanctions relief in order to move the bilateral agenda forward. But Congress may not like that.

Yogi busy watching light show while UP Police Inspector gets mob-lynched in Bulandshahr

Bulandshahr – During the horrific violence in Bulandshahr dictrict of Uttar Pradesh on Monday, which claimed the lives of a Police Inspector Subodh Kumar and a youth. Unfortunately, UP’s Chief Minister was enjoying a light and sound show, and the Deputy CMs were campaigning for the party in Rajasthan.

Twitteratis were angry when they witnessed the tweets of UP’s CM – Yogi Adityanath – on Monday around 10:00 pm, showing him attending the show in Gorakhpur, he was also seen on Tuesday attending a Kabbadi game with Chattisgarh’s CM Raman Singh.

At the same time, UP Deputy CMs Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma were busy campaigning for their party in Rajashthan.

The careless attitude of the Yogi Government towards the situation angered the villagers and family of the slain police officer.

Kumar’s sister, Saroj Singh Chauhan alleged that her brother was killed through a planned conspiracy, as he was investigating the mob-lynching case of Mohammed Akhlaq, who was mob-lynched on 28 September 2015.

“My brother has been killed because he was investigating the Akhlaq murder case. This is a conspiracy. Why was my brother alone in his vehicle? Police are complacent in its role in the incident,” Chauhan said.

She also rejected the five million rupees of ex-gratia payment Yogi Government declared towards the family of the police officer, rather she has insisted to honor him as a ‘martyr’ and build a memorial in their village.

“What is this ‘gai-gai‘ (cow protection) our Chief Minister keeps uttering all the time? Why doesn’t he come on the ground and serve the cause of cow protection? It is my brother who has been killed,” she said.

My brother should be declared a martyr and a memorial must be made in his memory. What good is the 50,000 or 50 lakh rupees for us? We will return it. We want a martyr memorial in our village. I need nothing except honor for my brother,” she expressed angrily.

UP Police have identified the main conspirator as Yogesh Raj, a local Bajrang Dal activist. However, Police refuse to provide more details about the accused.

In the meanwhile, CM Yogi has ordered strict action to be taken against those who were involved in the cow-slaughter while completely ignoring those who killed the Police Inspector, senior Police official said.

A violence broke out in Bulandshahr on December 3 alleging Muslims of slaughtering cows and spreading the carcasses on the road, when the Police Inspector Kumar intervened to block the mob, his vehicle was burned and he was shot in the head.

Bulandshahr District Magistrate Anuj Jha told media, “Doctors have confirmed that Inspector Subodh Kumar died due to a bullet shot in his head. An SIT [special investigative team] has been formed to probe the matter. The groups that were protesting cattle slaughter attacked Inspector Subodh and also the police station.”

India and UAE decides to stop trading in US Dollar, to boost local currencies

Abu Dhabi – India and UAE have made a mutual currency swap agreement on Tuesday to trade in their local currencies to avoid dependency on US dollar.

According to the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, the swap agreement is for an amount of two billion UAE dirham equivalent to 35 billion Indian rupees.

“The bilateral currency swap agreement between India and UAE is expected to reduce the dependency on hard currencies like the US dollar,” the embassy said.

“It is also expected to give a push for the local currencies of the two nations and may reduce the impact of volatility in exchange rate arising from the dependency on a third currency. It is also expected to reduce the transmission costs arising from exchange rate risk,” the embassy added.

They also discussed agreements on energy, security, trade, investments, space, defense and so on.

India and UAE has a bilateral trade of $50 billion, while UAE is the sixth-largest oil exporter to India.

Earlier this year, Adnoc – Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and India’s ONGC – Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has signed a 10 per cent offshore concession agreement which gives Indian oil companies opportunity to produce about 1.4 million barrels of oil per day for UAE.

Adnoc along with Saudi Aramco will be investing in India’s Ratnagiri Petrochemical complex worth $44 billion.

Saudi Arabia denies entry of Israeli players at the cost cancellation of the tournament

Riyadh – Saudi Arabia has denied visas of the Israeli players who were expected to participate in the upcoming International Chess Tournament, which takes every December in Riyadh, despite Fédération lnternationale des Échecs (FIDE) persuaded Saudi Sports Authorities.

According to FIDE, Israeli players contacted the sport’s governing body, pointing out that when, the same tournament was held last December in the Saudi capital, they were denied visas to enter the country to compete.

Due to Kingdom’s strict stance against Israel, FIDE has given up persuading and decided to cancel this month’s World Blitz and Rapid [Chess] Championship in Riyadh.

The lawyers advocating Israeli players wrote to FIDE in October that Saudi Arabia’s denial of visas for Israeli nationals last year means that FIDE was in breach of its own policies and statutes.

The Lawfare Project, an organization that advocates the rights of Israeli players has been pleading FIDE to persuade Saudi Authorities.

Brooke Goldstein, the executive director of The Lawfare Project, said: “It is hard to believe that in 2018, a country could be allowed to host an international event but Israel is not allowed to participate, but I welcome FIDE’s decision to cancel this year’s event.”

Since Saudi Arabia strictly does not recognize Israel and does not permit Israeli nationals to enter the country, it was ready to bear the cost of losing the honor of hosting the tournament.

However, Saudi Arabia is open to recognize Israel, if Israel signs the Two-State Solution proposed by the late King of Saudi Arabia – King Abdullah – in 2002, which ensures East Jerusalem to be the capital of Palestine and ends Israel’s illegal occupation.

How Hollywood villified Arabs and Muslims to create Islamophobia

0

by Jack Shaheen

Muslims are arguably the most vilified group of people in the history of Hollywood. This article will reveal how Muslims are portrayed in Hollywood throughout its years in film production.

Since the emergence of Hollywood as the home of the U.S film industry, the various films made over the years have stolen the identity of numerous groups of people including the Muslim community. However, the consistency of negative Muslim stereotypes has remained from the earliest obscure Hollywood pictures to the most recent blockbuster action films.

The inheritance of exaggerated or fabricated images and tales from European travellers (200-150 years ago) have shaped the image of the Muslim we see today in our films. These images have become familiar within almost every film that depicts Muslims. So when Hollywood injects Muslims into their films they either cast them as:

  • The rich, amorous ‘sheikh’ that loves the white American women, with blue eyes and blonde hair.
  • The rich ‘sheikh’ who is trying to buy American Property.
  • The terrorist who is trying to end the American way of life.

Do you see the trend?

The Amorous Muslim Man Who is Attracted to the White, Blue-eyed, Blonde-haired Woman.

The old Hollywood portrayal of Muslims that we have seen in the past is still present in today’s movies, even finding their way into children’s films.

In this old film, The Sheik (1921), is about a ‘Paris-educated Sheik Ahmed Ben Hassan’ who provides brides for wealthy Arabs. The Sheikh is amused by ‘Lady Diana Mayo’, so he abducts her in order to make her fall in love with him. This is not a problem, judging by the time period in which this film was made, because of the numerous offensive movies that portrayed other races in a demeaning manner.

The problem is when you have a film sixty-six years later with almost the exact same plot point in the film Harem (1986). This is the Rotten Tomatoes plot synopsis of the film:

Omar Sharif plays a Turkish sultan who kidnaps a beautiful American woman in the early 1900’s. He adds her to his harem, which angers his first wife, who plots to kill the American. Fortunately, her white knight arrives to save her.

Unbelievably, this is a staggering sixty years later!
Almost the exact same plot. Omar Sharif is an internationally known superstar (which seems to be a re-occurring role for him) in the movie Jewel of the Nile (1985) just a year before Harem, he plays almost a carbon copy of the character he played in Harem.

This is the IMDB plot synopsis of the film:

Joan accepts an invitation to go to some middle eastern country as a guest of the sheikh, but there she is abducted…Jack decides to rescue her…

Other movies that inject these traits include (but not limited to): The Happy hooker goes to Washington (1977), Samson against the Shiek (1962), Cannonball Run 2 (1981), Protocol (1984), Never say never again (1983) and Sahara (1983). Why is it that Hollywood keeps on trapping Muslims in this time bubble.

The Rich ‘sheikh’ who Lavishly Buys American Property
This type of stereotype is present in many films. One particular film that stands out is “Father of the Bride 2” (1995). This film portrays a normal American family living the American dream, in their nice house and happy family.

The father wants to sell his house, enter the Habibs, a wealthy Middle-Eastern family who are interested in the house. Mr Habib pays $15,000 as a bonus for the American family to move out quickly, which they do. Once the Americans want the house back, Mr Habib accepts to sell it back to them, under one condition, that they pay an extra $100,000 on top of the house value. If the Americans don’t give him the money, the Habibs will bulldoze the house to the ground.

But that’s not enough, during the negotiation, whenever Mrs Habib would talk (in gibberish, not Arabic), Mr Habib would abruptly yell at her, shutting her up.The Habibs instantly become the villains of the story.

Rollover (1981) is a film about Arab’s taking over the stock of banks across America. As the plot moves along, the audience discovers that the Arabs are behind various examples of murder and fraud. By the end of the movie they pull their money out of all the banks in America and possibly all over the world causing a global financial crisis.

As ludicrous as that sounds, the idea that the Arabs are behind a global crisis across the globe is well… ludicrous.
Another film that is held as a masterpiece by many critics and fans is The Network (1976). A news anchor veteran, Howard Beale, is being fired and he is “mad as hell” and he’s “not going to take it anymore”.

On his last day, he lets out a ferocious tantrum on live television thus boosting the network’s ratings. The producers of the network allow Howard to continue to rave about corruption in the industry, the condition of the world and the truth about corporate dominance. His program becomes really successful so much so, they dub him the ‘the mad prophet of the airways’. In one of his many speeches on live television, he unleashes one of his angriest rants and says:

The Arabs are simply buying us.

This tv rant is one of the most famous rants in movie history. Can you imagine the reaction if someone on live television said: The Jews are buying us up or The blacks are buying us up.

The Terrorist who are trying to End the American Way of Life
This stereotype comes as no surprise to any Muslim. A number of movies that portray this particular type of character is overwhelming. Jack Valenti said: “Washington and Hollywood spring from the same DNA”, this is no secret. The United States has shown support to its ally, the state of Israel, over its many presidencies. Therefore it comes as no surprise to anyone that the Palestinian Muslim brothers and sisters are portrayed as evil terrorists in many of its films.

Just look at movies such as:

  • Exodus (1960) where Muslims are responsible for horrific acts, that which closely resembles the acts of Nazis towards Jews.
  • Cast a giant shadow (1966) is another film that depicts Israelis as the victim of Palestinian Muslim violence.
Black Sunday (1977), a Muslim Palestinian WOMAN attempts to fly a blimp into a football stadium in order to kill thousands of Americans.
  • Death before dishonour (1987) Muslims murder an entire Israeli family.
  • The Delta Force (1986) Muslims hijack a plane and terrorise the passengers, specifically the Jewish ones.
  • True lies (1994) portrays a Muslim terror group called ‘crimson Jihad’ terrorising America.

This is how Muslims are portrayed in Hollywood.

What is the purpose of this article?
The movies that depict negative stereotypes of Muslims that were previously addressed in this article is not an excuse for Muslims to play the victim. This negative trend has resulted in the stolen identity Hollywood has robbed over 1 billion Muslims. If the life of a Jewish man is worth the life of a Muslim man then why don’t the Muslim community deserve the same on screen treatment as a Jewish man?
It is the reason why Governments employ the use of media and entertainment in order to influence negative attitudes towards rivalling nations or people. The Nazis used their power in the media and the cinema to push their propaganda onto German citizens, to brainwash its citizens. The U.S utilised posters, media and films to push their propaganda onto people to participate in its wars.
The image of a race, religion or a particular group of people an individual ingests, defines their attitude towards that particular group of people.

Packaged Fruits and Vegetables: Safer to buy?

0

By Jill Waldbieser

There’s this weird thing happening in supermarkets where the checkouts are eliminating plastic bags, but their produce sections are overflowing with disposable clamshell cases, Styrofoam trays, and cellophane. What gives? Bagged salad is one thing, but do you really need individually wrapped cucumbers and mesh safety nets for every pear?

Caroline West Passerrello, RD, used to work as a grocery store dietitian. Now she’s a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She can explain.

Pre-cut produce is more expensive—and it offers less nutrition for your buck.
True, diced butternut squash, pineapple rings, and spiralized beets do save you prep time in the kitchen. But know that it comes at a nutritional cost.

“Cutting fruits or vegetables exposes them to oxygen and light, and sometimes heat, all of which affect vitamin retention in food,” says West Passerrello. Whole fruits and vegetables retain their vitamins and other nutrients longer than those that have been sliced and diced.

Water soluble vitamins, like B and C, are most at risk because water will evaporate faster from cut produce. It’s always a better idea to chop on demand and store any leftover produce in an air-tight container.

Buying bagged greens isn’t likely any safer for you.
It’s no coincidence that many food contamination scares come from pre-cut bagged lettuces. Torn leaves are more likely to contain bacteria because there are more edges to contaminate, says West Passarello. Plus, a warm, moist, and sealed environment is a perfect incubator for e. coli, salmonella, and listeria.

So buy whole-leaf greens like spinach or arugula, or shred lettuce yourself right before eating. Better yet, cut only as much as you need and store the rest in a plastic bag in the crisper. Note: All the washing in the world won’t rid you of e.coli. Only heat can do that.

Organic foods must be packaged.
To maintain organic certification from both the manufacturer and retailer, organic items cannot touch conventional ones, which is why they’re often packaged. See supermarket food sold as organic that isn’t in a package? It might be mislabeled. One exception: organic fruit sold aft farmers’ markets direct to consumers don’t require packaging.

Thin-skinned produce benefits from a flak-jacket.
You can buy a pear without that Styrofoam fishnet, but a nude pear is more prone to bruising. That means it may have suffered some bumps during transportation or in the trunk of your car on the way home—both which may lead to those not-so-appetizing blackened squishy parts.

And ditto those cucumbers wrapped in plastic. Those thinner-skinned cukes, known as English cucumbers, are also known to bruise in transit.

All this said, even if a food is packaged you should still wash your produce, ideally before eating. Moisture contributes to spoilage, so washing produce will make it go bad sooner, meal prep be damned.

All that fancy tomato packaging doesn’t matter much.
Dimpled plastic safeguards, cardboard reinforced sleeves, elaborate netted bags—there’s a host of advanced packaging options for everyone’s favorite fruit (yes, fruit).

While the packaging may prevent an occasional smushed ‘mater, West Passarello says it won’t affect the flavor of the actual product.

Her best tip: When you bring your tomatoes home, store them on the counter with the stem nub facing up. The end with the stem (also called the “crown”) is more delicate. Store the tomato with the crown down, and the weight of the rest of the tomato will soften the fruit—and not in a good way.

Apples can have a commercial shelf life of about a year.
Credit their thick skins and dense interior. But one bad apple really can spoil the whole cart. That’s because they give off ethylene gas, which has the effect of ripening the fruit around them. It’s why you often see them stocked in bags of five or six—to prevent the entire shipment from spoiling.

Ultimately, packaging helps extend produce’s shelf life.
Produce spoils for the same reason any other food turns stale or goes bad: oxidation. Food scientists figured out that by adjusting the ratio of oxygen to carbon dioxide inside a bag of lettuce, for instance, that it will keep it fresh longer. Fear not. They do this naturally, using the gases the plants themselves give off when they’re cut. It’s called “modified atmosphere packaging,” if you want to impress your friends and loved ones with the term.

ADVICE: Late Marriages – a root cause of all evils in the society

0

by Drx Javeed Shameem & Moulana Mustaq Veeri

Marriage which you can also call it Wedlock, wedding, but most preferable term used is NIKKAH, which means the joining of two hearts, and two different families via Nikkah.

Nikkah was first celebrated in heavens, the Nikkah of our Father Adam and our Mother Hawwa.

O men, fear your Lord who created you from a single soul, and from it created its match, and spread many men and women from the two. Fear Allah in whose name you ask each other (for your rights), and fear (the violation of the rights of) the womb-relations. Surely, Allah is watchful over you.

Unfortunately, marriage has become a very big issue today. If someone thinks about marriage they immediately think of all the stress, hassles and responsibilities.

Youth who are in colleges and universities, date with different girls every week, to commit sin, yet they don’t want to get married because marriage has become such a big hassle.

The reality is, marriage is very simple.

Due to our traditions, culture, and customs, marriages have become costly and adultery or Zina have become cheap.

Dowry also plays an important role,  but white-collared people take it in such a way that even poor can’t even smell about what they did.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, “the best blessed Nikkah is in which there is least expenditure.”

Parents are more responsible towards the late marriage menace, their choice is that, their children should get a healthy job and high salary in order to get married. Unfortunately, the children cross all limits while reaching their parents expectations.

A boy runs affairs with multiple girls, and rapes have become commonest these days while we used to hardly hear about rapes in the past. No body fears to rape, no body fears to harass an innocent girl.

The main reason is, top people, leaders and Maulanas who commit such things are set free. If these people would be punished severely, they would think twice before committing such crimes.

Very sad part is, our society has become a Porn Hub now, we all are sailing in this boat, victims after victims. But a message we want to share through this article is that, we should rectify ourselves, since we have to depart to ALLAH.

The best way to get rid of these evils is marriage, it protects your gaze, eyes, and your private parts. If we really want a safe, prosperous, peaceful world  then we have to follow every step, and every word of Islam.

Twenty Bihar men who paraded Dalit woman naked, receive Jail terms

Bihar – In a caste related crime in north India, over 20 people have been awarded long-term jail on November 28 for parading a Dalit woman naked in August in Arrah Village of Bihar.

Court slapped five of them seven years of imprisonment while 15 of them have received two years of imprisonment.

On August 20, a body of Vimalesh Sah, 19, a resident of Damodarpur village of Bihar, was found on railway tracks after a day he went missing.

Villagers suspected a Dalit-woman of the area for the murder. They made a large-scale arson on her house, took her out to severely beat her, and later stripped her naked in front of the village, while the women and children were watching. She was forced to parade in the village all nude.

The five culprits who received seven-years imprisonment 0were also fined Rs.10000 each along, and the rest of them were fined Rs.2000 each.

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister, Sushil Kumar tweeted, “It is a fresh example of the high benchmark of rule of law set by the NDA government. All the guilty have been punished within 100 days. But those beating their chests on law and order remain oblivious to the long arms of law”.

They are all booked under SC/ST Act, and speedy trial has taken place since the northern states of India have always faced high rate of caste related crimes.

What happens to your brain if you complain everyday?

0

by Aye Duran

A day will come that you won’t be able to look and focus on the bright side anymore because your brain has been wired to spot every problem to whine about.

When you open your eyes in the morning, what is the first thought that comes into your mind? Are you thankful for the new opportunities today may bring? Or are you grumpy because it’s Monday again? A famous motivational speaker, Mr. Earl Nightingale believes that eventually, we become what we think about.

This may sound unbelievable, but even science supports Nightingale’s belief. Though our brain is not liquid in structure, it is malleable in nature. This means that a human brain is capable of re-engineering itself, with us in charge! How does this exactly work? Well, it is all thanks to the process of Neuroplasticity.

Thanks to our advanced brain imaging, scientists have discovered the process of Neuroplasticity in which a brain changes itself throughout life. This means that one can increase their intellectual quality, learn new skills, recover from brain trauma, and even unlearn bad old habits.

However, if it is possible to alter the way our brain works, then it is also possible to change the wiring of our brains for the worse.

A Neuropsychologist named Donald Hebb developed the Hebbian Theory. According to Hebb, his theory is based from the belief that “Cells that fire together, wire together.” Dr. Michael Merzenich, supported Donald Hebb, saying that the things we go through, our demeanor, and our outlook in life cannot be separated from the way our brain engineers itself. This only means that what ever we do and think, change the way our brain works for better or for worse.

It is normal to complain about something once in a while. However, never running out of reason to complain is a different story. There are people who whine about anything. anytime, at anywhere! These are the people we often call as Debbie Downers, and constantly hearing their rants is really frustrating.

If we continuously entertain negative thoughts and feelings, we would be called as Debbie Downer in the near future. Sure, nobody wants to be negative all the time, but when one focus on negative thoughts and complain all day, our brain will re-structure itself to adapt after these unpleasant thoughts.

A day will come that you won’t be able to look and focus on the bright side anymore because your brain has been wired to spot every problem to whine about.

So what do you need to do in order to avoid being tagged as a Debbie Downer? The answer lies in cutting the grass before it even start to grow. We are not saying you should ignore the flaws you are seeing nor force yourself to be happy. What you need to do is to have a better perspective in life.

Taking advantage of the neurolopsychologists discovery, we should think about positive thoughts every day. This way, people can unlearn being negative and re-wire their brains to think think positively. This way, we all would become a positive thinker serving as a ray of sunshine than a Debbie Downer!
