Yanbu – In recognition of International Patient Experience Week, a patient experience event was launched in Yanbu’s Dana Mall in the presence of Abdul Hadi Al-Juhani, CEO of the Yanbu Royal Commission.
Al-Sinaiyah in Yanbu has a health services programme in place with the objective of gauging patient satisfaction both within and outside of the hospital.
The presentation of several initiatives to enhance patient experience and deliver high-quality services was part of the event.
