KSrelief distributes about 171 tonnes of food aid worldwide

Riyadh – As part of its Ramadan charity, the King Salman Humanitarian charity and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed more than 171 tonnes of food in various regions of the world.

600 recipients received food boxes totaling more than six tonnes from KSrelief in Albania’s Delvine Governorate and Matt Municipality.

In Ukhia and Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, 3,000 recipients from 500 families shared 12 tonnes of food parcels, while in Indonesia, 492 recipients shared almost five tonnes of food.

Nearly 42 tonnes of food were donated by Saudi Arabia’s charity organisation to 4,260 persons in Bunny Yadi and Yobe State in Nigeria.

More than 107 tonnes of food were distributed to 8,260 Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, as well as to low-income families living in the host country.

The distribution of 628 food boxes and relief materials to 628 families in Aleppo was part of ongoing humanitarian operations in earthquake-stricken Syria.
