Saudi Government remits $40 Million to Palestinian Finance Ministry

Riyadh – Saudi Government has remitted $40 million to the Palestinian Ministry of Finance as an allocated budget for the months of February and March 2019.

Osama Nugali, Saudi Ambassador to Egypt and the Permanent Representative to the Arab League, said in a press statement that the contribution has come within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s continuous support for the Palestinian cause at political, economic and humanitarian levels.

Last week in al-Khobar, the Saudi Cabinet, chaired by King Salman reiterated the Kingdom’s stance on the Palestinian cause, stating that it would remain on top of the Kingdom’s agenda.
